           Jingzhou Jianghan Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd(JHSi) is a privately-owned share-holding company which was reconstructed in 1998.It is located in Shashi Economic Technological Development Zone,Jingzhou City.The company covers an area of 380,000 square meters and has the total assets of 1 billion RMB.We have more than 700 employees, including 6 masters, 185 scientific and technical personnel with college or above degree.A research and development team is set up with more than 60 high, intermediate professional and technical personnel.More than 100 kinds of silane coupling agents and silane crosslinking agent products have been developed and many advanced automatic production lines have been built in our factory with a total production capacity of 150 kt / a.

     The technical center of the company includes technical department, R&D department, engineering department, QC department, reference room and silicon rubber BU. It has a high-level scientific research team composed of professional technicians with superior and medium level in various fields, and more than 10 technicians directly engage in the research and development. JHSI has successively won two major science and technology awards in Hubei province, and declared over 60 patents, so far the company has 33 licensed patents and 6 utility model patents, and multiple products developed are pioneers and fill the domestic gap. Since 2012, the company has led and participated in the formulation of 12 industry standards, and issued two national standards and seven industry standards. In 2010, the technology center of was identified as the enterprise technology center of Hubei province. The company has several product synthesis laboratory, product application laboratory, product analysis and testing laboratory and pilot workshop, which covering an area of 400 square meters. Four million RMB was invested in the purchase of the gas chromatograph, ultraviolet spectrometer, liquid chromatograph, automatic sulfur analyzer, tension tester, potentiometer titrator, abbe refractometer and other advanced R&D testing equipment. More than 30 million RMB is invested in R&D field every year, and the continuous increasing amount has a rising proportion in the company's revenue.

The company regards product quality as a foothold. From silica fume to silane intermediates, and the final functional silane, each intermediate process is measured and the results are linked to the performance of the associated personnel. In order to ensure the delivery of high quality products, it is equipped with 28 professional technicians in the QC dept., and four million RMB was invested in the purchase of the gas chromatograph, ultraviolet spectrometer, liquid chromatograph, automatic sulfur analyzer, potentiometer titrator, abbe refractometer and other high-tech inspection and analysis equipment more than 20 sets, besides new equipment is added constantly in the process of development to meet the quality requirements.
